when lock screen and after some minutes when the energy saving poweroff the screen, I try to unlock the screen and don't show password field and when press ctrl + alt + f2 and ctrl + alt + f1 is showed and I can unlock the screen. sometimes if I write without press ctrl + alt + f2 and after press it the password was wrote.

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please see if you can reproduce the issue with Plasma 5.25 or 5.26?
