When placing the mouse cursor on the column for changing the value of the pen size and opacity toolbar value, it is a different cursor mark from the other parts.
I think that I am busy, please respond with the next update.

Hi Azuki,

Of course there's a different cursor: that is to indicate that you can slide the values. So this is not a bug.
