Created attachment 114314 [details] demonstration Reproducible on Arch Linux (plasma 5.13.4) and neon dev unstable. open Firefox, unmaximize it, drag it to another position and close it. The next time you open Firefox, its window will first appear in a position and quickly jump to another position on the screen. Watch the screecast please.
