I want some folders to always be sorted by Modified Time.

While others to always be sorted by File Name.

KDE Dolphin stores such settings in ".directory" files. An example of such a file is:

SortOrder=1
SortRole=modificationtime
Timestamp=2018,7,19,13,7,53
Version=4

[Settings]
HiddenFilesShown=true
```

While Dolphin view settings are per folder, Krusader has per "Panel".
