Most web browsers have the ability to "pop the stack" of recently closed tabs.

KDE Dolphin has it too.

I think a similar one should be added to Krusader.

If not a stack of tabs, at the very least, the last opened one.

Yes, would be good to have that. With full view state, navigation history and, unlike Dolphin, tab position.

As sometimes happens, Krusader users close accidentally a tab, losing the related work (losing the track of what they were doing, plus spending time trying to remember it, leaving tasks unfinished, etc). Sometimes undoing the damage is time-consuming, sometimes it is not even possible (because some information is no longer available), etc.

Also, even if a tab was not closed accidentally: from time to time, something unexpected happens and users need to go back to a folder. Sometimes, the situation changes and previous information is needed.

FIXED: [ 397041 ] Shortcut to Re-open recently closed tab

ADDED: Closing a tab can be quickly undone with a hotkey or a menu entry. A menu can reopen recently closed tabs.
