Open libreoffice writer, select File->Properties, tab Custom Properties.
Click in Add Property several times, the scrollbar that should be there does not appear.
The scroll bar is there, if you use other widget styles, like adwaita, or start libreoffice with: SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen soffice

The scrollbar is now visible and works.
