I have installed some programs like "Overwatch" and "Battle.net" inside /home/your username/.wine/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/", and krusader and midnight commander don't display these folders, only the ones that were already installed by wine. However double commander does display them.

I'm running the file explorers as root.

Ok mistery solved, it turned out that I was looking inside the .wine folder of root instead of the desired username. All three programs work as expected.
