Description Alex Ander 2018-07-29 01:40:44 UTC
I've installed some themes, for example "KFaenza New" ( https://store.kde.org/p/1233451/ ) or "Suru++ Dark" ( https://store.kde.org/p/1245808/ )
If I start an app with those themes applied, I see in console something like

>Icon theme "faenza" not found.
>Icon theme "suru" not found.

I'm not sure if I really need them, but they pointed in index.theme files in form of "Inherits=breeze,faenza,oxygen,suru,hicolor"
And I can see it only if I open index.theme file from icon pack archive.

I think, something should be done with inheritance of icon themes and with theme packs dependencies in general. See also Bug 367920

Can reproduce with KFaenze New icon theme, Suru++ is not displayed in KCM after install (unpacking master.zip archive in .local/share/icons/ folder start showing Suru++ in KCM and displays many errors in console).
Launching app with Numarceeze icon theme shows 'Icon theme "Papirus-Dark" not found.' in console.

Operating System: Netrunner Rolling
