No longer a problem with the re-done table layout in Plasma 5.20. This issue persists on neon unstable. Yeah that one still needs to be redone similarly to the timezones stuff. *** Bug 459166 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Holidays view look vastly different these days. Although, I'd still use wrapping rather than eliding for long description labels, and the icons should either be set to the respective country flags or be hidden. Created attachment 114066 [details] Screenshot showing the default narrow columns The ‘Holidays’ category in clock/calendar settings has too narrow columns for the ‘Name’ and ‘Description’ columns. This results in much of the text being clipped. Even though there’s lots of space available, the actual table columns only occupy a fraction of the space reserved for the table. The same issue is present for the ‘Timezones’ category. I’ll attach a screenshot showing the problem.
