image is shown in the opposite colors,even when i open a document fro m paint the colors are all inverted, the color wheel is fine but the colors on canvas aare inverted please help i hav e even tried reinstalling krita and it doesnt work??>?!?!?!?

Please update to 4.1.1. With some AMD GPU's this used to happen, but that is fixed now. If you still see the problem with 4.1.1, append the contents of Help->System Information for Bug Reports to this issue.
