Desktop Switch Display settings

This bug presents itself when 'Desktop Switch On-Screen Display' is enabled, with the 'Show Desktop Layout Indicators' option also enabled (See screenshot).

I also have 'Show Desktop Grid' bound to a shortcut.

Pressing the Show Desktop Grid shortcut whilst the Desktop Layout Indicator is still visible results in the Plasma session freezing. One needs to Ctrl+Alt+F2 and log into a terminal session to reboot the machine.

Note: if 'Show Desktop Layout Indicators' is NOT selected (I.e. Desktop name is displayed in OSD when switching desktops), pressing the Show Desktop Grid shortcut results in expected behaviour.

Please provide a backtrace of the crash.

FWIW, I can't reproduce it with/without desktop layout indicators in 5.13.3.
