Another information: operating system is Kubuntu 18.04 Confirmed. This happens when you drag a file that's already in the trash, then drop it back into the trash. Instant crash. hum, on my Arch running Dolphin 18.08 beta and plasma 5.13.4 Dolphin crashes, not plasma. (In reply to Dr. Chapatin from comment #3) > hum, on my Arch running Dolphin 18.08 beta and plasma 5.13.4 Dolphin > crashes, not plasma. Here sometimes the session crashes, I must restart the system. Can confirm. When you drag a file from the trash back into the trash, dolphin crashes (dolphin 17.12.3). Kubuntu 18.04. Can this be reproduced in 2020? If I open Dolphin on trash:/ and drop one of the listed files into the same view, dolphin says "A file or folder cannot be dropped onto itself" (In reply to David Faure from comment #6) > Can this be reproduced in 2020? > If I open Dolphin on trash:/ and drop one of the listed files into the same > view, dolphin says "A file or folder cannot be dropped onto itself" what's your distro? Now I use KDE Neon where this bug is fixed. I cant reproduce it any more in Kubuntu 20.04 My distro is "KDE code compiled from git" :-) Thanks for the confirmations, closing. |
