Estou postando capturas do ksysguard em pt-br e em inglês para
ficar mais claro o problema.

Plasma 5.13.3 no Arch Linux.

Realmente o problema existe e confirmei-o na Debian também. Mas olhando os arquivos de tradução (no caso, especificamente "processui.po") não existe erro algum.

Uma vez que o erro está ocorrendo também em outros idiomas (segundo mensagem enviada para a lista kde-i18n-doc@kde.org), o erro pode estar no código.
