Starting from 5.13 beta none of the application launchers display history of programs and files, or favorite programs. Everything is reset at logout. Subsequent upgrades to 5.13 stable, 5.13.1 or 5.13.2 did change anything.

Please help me debug this.

Corrupt activities DB, most likely.
