Widget "Minimize all windows" causes to disable KDE Launch Start Menu in openSUSE Leap 15 , as well as in openSUSE 42.3 . The widget "Show Desktop" , which in my opinion has the same function, causes no problems. I suggest to remove the widget "Minimize all windows" , as there is another widget in the list with the very same function.
