Running Rocs from command line gave the output;

org.kde.rocs.graphtheory.general: "qrc:/libgraphtheory/qml/Scene.qml:25 module \"QtQml.StateMachine\" is not installed\n"

After searching a installed 
qml-module-qtqml-statemachine manually. It must be in the dependency to work.
