Makes it hard to locate. It also prevents it (I think) from showing up in windowmanager settings when opening it via rightclick on the window titlebar.

Confirmed, KWin's global shortcuts (not khotkeys, which would be custom/own shortcuts) entry is named "Modul für Systemeinstellungen" here, for some reason. Perhaps some other component was messing with KWin's shortcuts or migrating them and then overwrote the friendlyName
