Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add Plasma "Audio Volume" applet to the Desktop or to the Plasma Panel.
2. Open "Audio Volume" and move any slider to zero point.

Actual Results:
The "Audio Volume" applet sliders become transparent at zero point.

Expected Results:
The "Audio Volume" applet sliders should not become transparent at zero point.

Interestingly... I've never met such behavior (moreover, we already have a "mute" status indicator in the form of an icon) **without any criticism**.

As Kai said, this is another hint that it's muted. Otherwise people can miss that fact,
