Bug 394712 is related, but different (that provides for connection with Android system via KDE Connect. However, the system (as described in this Bug) doesn't exist in KDE yet, and users may wish to use it without Android too. Thanks for the idea; I'd like this too, and I think it's a valid request. Let's move it to plasmashell since it would probably affect more than just plasma-pa (I'd expect notifications to be suppressed as well) and the interface would be elsewhere. notification noise (currently) comes from the app itself.
