I would expect the "disable clip" functionality (activated by ticking the checkbox) to work for title clips, too... but it doesn't ...

I think, it definitely should...

Confirmed. Disable title clips neither work under Linux nor under Windows. Tested with version 18.08.2/3.

Disable clip and title clip work with 19.12.3.

We close this bug. If it still appears in the latest version, please feel free to re-open it and update the affected version number.
