For some days I get in KSysGuard version 4.11.12 under Linux OpenSuse 3.12 under KDE 4.11.5 the CPU history and the network load no longer displayed!

KDE 4 has not been supported since October of 2015. I recommend upgrading your distro so that you get KDE Plasma 5. :)
