Hi
may this is already known but I found nothing about that in database. 
There is a problem regarding wheel scrolling and popups in konqi
- file property popups enabled
- mouse pointer over a file -> popup
- scroll the view with a wheel mouse
=> the popup should go away
now it shows the tooltip from the old file bÃºt the cursor is on a new one.

After showing David Faure this bug at Linuxtag he was able to fix it 
immediately :-)
