If not, please answer the following questions: * Are you using a drawing tablet, if so, what brand and driver version? * If so, does this happen with the mouse as well? * You're using 4.0.4; does this also happen with 4.1.0? Please also attach the output of help/system information for bug reports in a comment to this bug report.
