If I navigate to Youtube and use the full-screen option, it only maximizes the video to the window dimensions. The same is try when I use F11 or the menu to invoke fullscreen view mode in Falkon.

I'm using Falkon 3.0.1 on Manjaro testing, Qt 5.11.0, Frameworks 5.47.0, in a wayland session.

That's QtWayland upstream issue, it doesn't support fullscreen (and other states) with xdg-shell v6/stable. You should have the same issue with other Qt apps.

Yes. Or you can just use XWayland, with "falkon -platform xcb".
