tool option for miter and cap hidden inside the three dots dropdown

Currently when you select a vector shape, the options for Miter, Cap and lenght of the miter are shown inside a dropdown besides the stroke thickness input box in tool options.

It makes it hard to discover and one may think that this is related to stroke thickness, while it is related to stroke but not it.s thickness.

These options should be shown in the tool option itself along with thickness and other options in the stroke tab.

Adding an attachment showing the options.

We need Scott for that :)

Confirming and switching to a wishlist.

This would need to be discussed a bit first with the best place for these options to go. I am guessing this used to be in a drop down before, so it was carried over from the 3.x days.

For placement, they should be placed relative to how much they are used. I would think thickness is used the most, so that should be kept at the top. I am not sure if they are used more than setting the line style though.

This is technically easy; but it does need planning and discussion.
