You're using Libinput, right? Is there *anything* that's not grayed out on any of the tabs? Yes, it's libinput. Some are not grayed out but most are. Can you supply a screenshot for each tab so I can see what's up? Created attachment 113342 [details]

Thanks. So most of this is just the standard issue of the UI not being appropriate for Libinput. We are aiming to fix this for Plasma 5.14. The issue of everything on the Enable/Disable Touchpad being disabled is now and a regression. We'll use this bug to track that. Love to hear that. Thank you! I always love KDE. I can't reproduce the enable/disable touchpad tab being greyed out on master with Neon bionic. There also was not really a change to the Touchpad KCM in 5.13, that could be the reason for this problem. I assume the problem is more in the lower stack here. I can't either.
