How to configure Spectacle to run gui after you press rectangular area shortcut. I want to see something like old gnome-screenshot behavior (After selecting rect and pressing Enter gui shows up and you choosing save or copy screenshot. For me it's incovinient to open Pictures directory and copy each image every single screenshot.

That's exactly what it already does. If it's not doing this for you, please attach a screen recording.
