I guess this is the same problem as with Spotify and its "your browser is not supported" error message. I just found installing the Qt5 WebEngine Widevine plugin solves the problem: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/qt5-webengine-widevine/ This is an Arch Linux package, however. I don't know if you are provided such a package in Ubuntu. Wouldnt changing UserAgent to something else like Chrome or Mobile device also work ? You need to have QtWebEngine built with proprietary codecs and widevine plugin, see https://blog.qt.io/blog/2016/06/03/netflix-qt-webengine-5-7/ |
Created attachment 113185 [details] Netflix problem I have a problem with netflix.se When I start a movie, I get a black screen with information about the missing plugin to watch the movie. I did not get this issue in Firefox. What should I do? or is this a bug?
