Sorry, I couldn't find a better place for this applet.
Reproducible with master but the issue appeared long ago. 

Steps to reproduce:
- Place the lock/logout applet on a panel,
- Resize the panel,
- Below a certain size, the suspend button disappears and becomes visible only when mousehovering it.
