(Krita Version: 4.1.0-pre-alpha (git ab670ba) - Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS)

Not sure if it is expected. Steps:

    1. select the polygon (or the polyline) tool
    2. Tool Options docker > No Outline
    3. new vector layer
    4. draw on it

Actual Results: outline drawn
Expected Results: do not draw outline

Point 3 is: new "paint layer" instead of new vector layer.
