System Menu

Sometimes happend when i using firefox, that icons on bottom bar, menu and some widgets become black or icons are from firefox. 
On picture 1 is icon form desktop folders from firefox window i have open when this happend. (not whole but most of the icon is from page firefox, first icon is part from avatar from one forum and second icon is "send" icon from that forum.)

On others images you can see that others icons are wrong and on picture 4 is broken state and on picture 5 is normal state after restart.

I can not always reproduce this issue because it takes few hours to happend but one condition to happend is rotate screen using "xrandr -o right" during work.

When is Weather widget updating rotate circle on tom of icon. But when is KDE in broken state then rotating icon is not circle but some other icon.
