The vibration is something that should be fixed in the latest beta version. The notification itself is a requirement of Android Oreo for things running in the background for longer times. You can hide it though. As for the battery consumption: Do you actually know that the battery is drained or does your phone tell you that? Upgraded to Android P. Battery started lasting till 11am when removed from charge at 8am. Android P has a different battery stats page. KDEConnect was listed as being active the whole 3 hour period. Uninstalled and battery life went back to full day on a single charge. Reinstalled last night after your update to this ticket. Can confirm the vibrations have stopped. It's 11:56 and my battery again is at 10%. Checked the battery stats and it's reporting KDEConnect as being active the whole time. Have uninstalled again. What logs or other details can I get for you to assist with debug? Since uninstall, with battery saver forced off battery drain has been <2%. Before uninstall estimated battery time remaining was 15 mins I've had kdeconnect on my Pixel 3a for a while now and haven't noticed any battery drain issues. Can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug report can be marked as resolved.
