I am also experiencing this bug on KDE Neon with version 5.13.0. I have this problem with both a Intel integrated graphics card and a AMD RX 580, so I think that the bug is not related to the graphics stack. *** Bug 396333 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Can you reproduce this with Plasma 5.17, the latest NVIDIA drivers, and Qt 5.13.x?
