Both vendors (Intel and AMDGPU) are mesa. This is mesa 18.1. Other transparencies (i.e., window decorations) - just the transparency effect and transparency during window move. In any case, an update to qt5-script seems to have fixed it. The drivers did not update, so it would not appear to have been a driver problem. Should read - other transparencies work, just not the effects. Updating qt5-script fixed it. Helio, does an update of qtscript also fix it for you?
