Taking a video might even include live-video? Like using the phone as a webcam providing an rtmp-stream or something and the Linux-side picking that up as a videosource. Possibly involving pipewire on Linux to provide the video-stream to other applications? *** Bug 421383 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 422861 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I'm currently using droidcam for using my phone as camera for various teleconference clients like ms teams, matrix etc. As MS stated they will integrate phones as camera devices natively into Windows 11 I would like to see that the kde desktop can use kdeconnect to integrate smartphones as camera devices. |
