Accessibility problem - users are unable to access any submenu items using the keyboard as the Torrents menu does not have an accelerator key assigned.
For other submenus (Edit, View, Settings), pressing the Alt key underlines the letter of the accelerator key for the submenu (Alt + E, Alt +V, Alt + S

Hmm, I cannot reproduce. What happens when you press Alt+T? Maybe another action is being assigned the accelerator.
