When I download and set ubuntuaero (https://store.kde.org/p/999992/) mouse cursor theme via kconfig. Some cursors are not updated (they are black from breeze theme)

Arrow cursor is OK but of I go on the link in chrome cursor (hand with finger) is black from breeze theme. This is also happening on qt apps.

This cursor theme is incomplete.
