wont save anything and gives me no reason

Esteban,

Without a lot more information, we won't be able to help you. This is, obviously, a problem with your system, and not with Krita. You probably should check whether you're trying to save to a file that is already opened in another application, or whether you have antivirus software that blocks Krita from saving, or whatever else... We're not mind readers!

The error message

Oh sorry, how silly of me, let me try to explain myself better, I had this problem before with the program, But in the error message it appears the location of temporal file, that later I would have to convert to the exportation file that I desire (cause it doesn’t let me export either) This time I found nothing on internet to help, so I came here, I did find the solution you gave me so I deactivate my antivirus and the result was exactly the same. 
I don’t know what else I should do

Could you try to save to another location, like your desktop?

Still nothing I also try other locations and I got the same result

Still no changes, I discovered that it does an autosave file in temp so thats the way I have been working until now, I have to track the file to temp folder often under random characters, close the program, select the file, open it, and then export or save

Hm... I'm sorry, I missed your earlier message. Could you please update to 4.1.3? That contains a fix at least for Windows users when saving to a dropbox or google drive location, and it might also fix your issue.

The other thing you could try is run Krita as administrator or check whether https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#windows-krita-cannot-save is the case.

We aren't sure what the issue is...but there have been some fixes to file saving including programs that lock the file like Dropbox.

If this is still an issue, you can open another ticket.
