Error message

Ark can not open some ZIPE Files, exactly Ark can not open this file: http://www.mediafire.com/file/bjz7tp48jwxzbpf/Magika+No+Kenshi+To+Shoukan+Maou.zip, To appear this message: Ark was not able to open file. No suitable plugin found. Ark does not seem to support this file type. I installed all of complements for Ark as Zip and Unzip but not working.

I use KDE Neon, please help me, I am hopeless whit this wrong

Works fine here. Please start ark from Konsole with the following command

     QT_LOGGING_RULES='ark.*.debug=true' ark

and copy the output here.

Did you try to reproduce the bug after starting ark?
