Network-manager has no "add" network button

khelpcenter is not the right product, I'm re-assigning the bug to plasma-nm. That said, the bugs lacks some details: where is the "add" button missing exactly?
The configuration panel which includes the option to add a network can be accessed in various ways:
- right click on the system tray applet, Configure... option;
- in the window dialog that pop ups with a left click on the system tray applet click on the button on the top-right corner;
- through System Settings.

Please delete the bug, I did not realize that the window must be max size to see the add control. My mistake.Thanks
