when i draw a line then lift up the pen and draw another line those lines are connected every time

What OS? What tablet? What version of Krita? (It's not 4.1, because that is not out yet). We're not mind readers...

Chances are, though, that this is not a bug in Krita, but a bug in the driver software for your tablet.
