Text in the sidebar is fuzzy

Fonts in the KDE system settings application, specifically in the sidebar, appear badly rendered in the latest version of KDE. I'm currently using the DPI settings of 116.

Confirming. I’m seeing this problem too, and I’m using 96 DPI for the fonts. The font rendering problem is only visible for the sidebar; the fonts in the rest of the windows looks OK.

Qt 5.10.0 for me.

Qt 5.10.1

There is NO font blurring, there is corrupted font on non-HiDPI display (1920х1200), so I don't think it is duplicate bug.
After updating to Qt 5.11 still no difference (look at my earlier attachment).
$ qmake -v
QMake version 3.1
Using Qt version 5.11.0 in /usr/lib

I can confirm on my side. Experienced the bug prior to 5.13 upgrade but not anymore.
