Bug 393609

Debugger Console font and theme cannot be changed. The R Console tab/window (and the script editor) can be themed with Kate themes. However the debugger console is stuck with default theme. This causes several issues, for example not being able to have a dark theme and more annoyingly a non-changeable proportional font, instead of being able to use chosen monospaced one.
