Plasma has nifty media controls via MPRIS so Spotify and whatever can be controlled from task manager and panel.  Plasma Browser Integration does the same when viewing videos and listening to stuff in the browsre.  Falkon should get the same lovely integration.

Confirmed I get no media playback details in the Media Applet when playing items from YouTube.

In Falkon 23.08.1 there is MPRIS support, I don't know when it's been added, but now there is. Try it, then close this bug report.
