I don't know the correct product/component, re-assign please.

increase your display scaling factor in system settings > display and monitor >  "scale display" button
restart plasma session
open ksysguard, "help" menu, "switch app language" item, choose another language and click "ok"
You get a warning showing fuzzy icons. See screenshot.

I think that's just ksysguard not supporting high dpi pixmaps, the window icons in the process list are also probably somewhat pixelated.

You are right. Icons look good when Dolphin shows the same warning.

Fixed on Plasma 5.17 beta.
