Hmm, if I remember correctly, there are no details in this specific situation. Although, it would still be a good idea to either hide "Details >>" or actually add some details. I think the output should inform of what really happened, either the user cancelled, or the passphrase was wrong, or the volume does not exist... Thank you for reporting this issue in KDE software.
