When keyboard shortcut is pressed it only shows panel and selects next application - I cannot go forward or backward with keyboard.

Can you expand on how you would expect keyboard nav to work.

After reboot it works normally. In previous session after I assigned keys it didn't navigate same as switching between all windows (alt-tab).

I wanted to set shortcut for switching between same programs (as I am used from GNOME), but at first I couldn't navigate between them. Just panel with those programs showed and it selected second program and I couldn't navigate this selection blue box :) . But now it works normally.
