Acording to the konsole handbook section 2.1.4 Bookmarks Men
https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/applications/konsole/konsole.pdf
There should be and 'Edit Bookmarks' option. I cannot see it. Maybe a regression?

Do you have keditbookmarks installed? For ubuntu it is called keditbookmarks

I believe there were recent changes to keditbookmarks such that the Edit menu doesn't appear unless installed. I"d have to double-check if that doesn't fix your issue.

OK so I removed keditbookmarks and the Edit button is no longer there in Konsole. This works as expected - I'll update the handbook.
