This fault has been observed with the Windows Nightly build (g82a8db752) .zip portable version.

When switching from a saved single to a saved dual monitor layout, the resulting dual monitor layout is often limited to one monitor and shifted far over to the right (for a switch from a single right monitor layout) so that a large amount of it is off the monitor. It is also shifted slightly upwards so that the window title bar is hidden but the menu bar is showing.

Also, when switching between saved single monitor layouts, the window is sometimes shifted slightly upwards so that the title bar is hidden but the menu bar is showing.

It's inconvenient to manually recover from these situations.
