Cannot know were it dumps files upon receiving from a phone thru the "Send files" functionality. Suggesting adding some configuration dialog to specify where to save them.

You can go to the plugin settings (right-click KDE Connect applet -> configure -> your device -> share and receive), and configure where save files.
